The College celebrated the end of education in the old building on Thursday 8th July with an afternoon entertainment for staff.  The event replayed the history of the buiilding since its opening in 1938 as Luton Modern School, through its conversion to the country's first Sixth Form College in 1966 and its imminent demolition in 2010.  The building served the College magnificently for over 40 years and held many happy memories for both current and former staff.
