The honours were handed to Sufian Saddiq and Claire Lane, as the youngest members of staff, to mark the start of a new era in the new building by formally cutting the ribbon.
The event started outside the main entrance, with original music composed for the occasion. All staff were then led to Westside for some brief formalities, including the requisite health and safety induction to the new building. Maps of the new building were issued to all staff and Heads of Department took their teams to the new workrooms/areas, followed by a tour of the whole building.
